In Robb Report’s own backyard, Amanda Millin, associate editor of Robb Report Home & Style and Robb Report Collection, takes the new Can-Am Spyder F3S for a fun spin through the hills of Malibu. In fact, California is the one state that does not require a motorcycle license to drive Can-Am’s trikes.

As the fourth and newest addition to the Spyder family of three-wheelers, the F3, which hit dealerships early this year, features a lower seat for a more comfortable cruising position, as well as the new in-line, 3-cylinder engine that the brand introduced last year. With 115 hp and 96 ft lbs of torque, it has more than enough power for thrill seekers, while one simple foot brake and a semiautomatic transmission make it approachable even for a novice rider. The F3S, which starts at $21,000, has all the same specifications as the F3 with upgraded wheels, fenders, and red stitching along the seat. (can-am.brp.com)
